Grape variety:

90% Viura, 5% MalvasÍa y 5% Garnacha Blanca.


Vineyards:

Selection of younger vines with an average age of 20 years located in the heart of Rioja (towns of Clavijo, Alberite, Villamediana and surrounding areas) and planted at higher altitudes to maximize the fresh and fruity character of these varieties. Manual harvest, in small boxes at the beginning of September.


Vinification:

The flower must is fermented in American and French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine was kept for at least

6 months in the same oak barrels, on its fine lees.


Tasting Note:

Excellent representative of the white complexes of Rioja. An alternative wine to discover the native white varieties of Rioja and loaded with nuances, with intense aromas of ripe white fruit, citrus, minerals, honey and butter, fleshy and round fruit, as well as a lively and complex finish.


Pairing:

Ideal as an aperitif and to pair with smoked meats, blue fish, white meats, rice and cheeses.
