
Grape Variety:
50% Tempranillo, 30% Viura, 20% Garnacha.
Vineyards:
Selection of younger vines with an average age of 20 years located in the heart of Rioja (towns of Clavijo, Alberite, Villamediana and surrounding areas) and planted at higher altitudes to maximize the fresh and fruity character of the variety. Manual harvest, in small boxes in mid-September.
Vinification:
The flower must is fermented in stainless steel tanks. at a controlled temperature of 15°C and subsequently preserved on its fine lees for at least 4 months before being bottled.
Tasting Note:
Excellent representative of the traditional Rioja clarets: intense, fruity and refreshing. Tempranillo provides structure and cherry notes, while Viura provides complexity and a refreshing touch, all supported by the attractive aromas of red fruits (raspberry) and spices provided by Grenache.
Pairing:
It is an extremely versatile rosé and ideal for picnics, barbecues, barbecues and also perfect to accompany pasta dishes, rice and ethnic food (Mexican, Indian, etc).
